3084• RESOLUTION NO. 3084 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM THE VINTAGE APARTMENTS, LLC Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.The Vintage Apartments, LLC has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: That portion of Tract 27, Park Orchard Tracts Plat recorded in Volume 1 of plats, page 36, records of Grant County, located in the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., City of Moses Lake, County of Grant, State of Washington, more particularly described as follows. Commencing at a 2 1/2-inch brass cap monument found in a monument case located at the intersection of Grape Drive and Valley Road, accepted as the center west 1/16th corner of said Section 15, said monument bears South 00°0937" West, coincident with the west boundary line of the east haif of the northwest quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 2700.56 feet from a rebar found in a monument case located at the intersection of Grape Drive and Central Drive, said rebar being accepted as the west 1/16th corner common to said Section 15 and to Section 10, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M.; thence North 00°0937" East, coincident with the centerline of the right of way for Grape Drive and the west boundary line of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 1350.28 feet to a point which bears South 89°56'37" West a distance of 30.00 feet from the southwest corner of said Tract 27; thence North 89°56'37" East, coincidentwith the south boundary line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 30.00 feet to the southwest corner of said Tract 27; thence continuing North 89°56'37" East, coincident with the south boundary line of said Tract 27, and coincident with the south boundary line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 15 a distance of 10.00 feet to the southwest corner of Lot i, Block 1 of the Grape Drive Short Plat No. 2, as recorded in Volume 22 of Short Plats, on Pages 96 through 98, records of Grant County, Washington, under Auditor File Number 1257536; thence North 00°09'37" East, coincident with the west boundary of said Lot 1, a distance of 314.47 feet, to the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence South 89°50'23" East, coincident with the north boundary line of said Lot 1, a distance of 5.49 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 00°09'37" East a distance of 38.21 feet; thence South 89°50'23" East a distance of 20.00 feet; thence South 00°0937" West a distance of 38.21 feet to the north boundary line, of said Lot 1; thence North 89°50'23" West, coincident with the north boundary line of said Lot 1, a distance of 20.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; containing 765 square feet, more or less.
