A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT OF AN EASEMENT
RECITALS:
1.Munn Property Management, LLC has requested the City of Moses Lake to abandon the
easement described as follows:
Easements in Lot 1, Munn Property Management LLC Short Plat, in the Southeast
Quarter of Section 28, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses
Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows:
The 5.00 foot public utility easement along a southwesterly Line of Lot 1, Munn
Property Management LLC Short Plat, recorded in the Grant County Auditor Short
Plat Records Book 23, Page 6 being coincident to the northeasterly line of Lot 2,
Larson Playfied Plat, commencing 10.00 feet, South 45°32'30" East of the
southeasterly right-of-way of Broadway Avenue and ending 5.00 feet North
45°32'30" West of a southeasterly line of said Lot 1; and the 10.00 feet public utility
easement along a northwesterly line of said Lot 1 coincident with the southeasterly
right-of-way of Broadway, commencing at a southwesterly line of said Lot 1,
coincident with the northeasterly line of Lot 2, Larson Playfield Plat and ending 5.00
feet South 44°27'30" West of a southwesterly line of the Rilling Plat.

2.Potential users of the easement have been notified of the proposed abandonment and one
comment was received from the Grant County PUD.
RESOLVED:
1. The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the easement as shown on
the Munn Property Management, LLC Short Plat and described above will be abandoned
and that the City Manager is authorized to execute the necessary documents in order to
accomplish that abandonment.
