A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM LAKES MOBILE HOME PARK,LLC
RECITALS:
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,
shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Lakes Mobile Home Park,LLC has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
RESOLVED:
1.The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A portion of the East half of Farm Unit 96 in the West half of Section 24,Township 19 North,Range 28
East,Willamette Meridian,City of Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod marking the Southwest corner of the South half of the East half of
Farm Unit 96,as shown in Crossroads 2 Major Plat,recorded in Book 27 of Plats,pages 50-53,Grant
County Auditor's Records;thence North 00°04'16"East,along the West line of the East half of Farm
Unit 96,for a distance of 40.00 feet;thence South 89°14'26"East,parallel with the South line of the
East half of Farm Unit 96,for a distance of 193.84 feet and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;thence
