3117RESOLUTION NO.3117 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM LAKES MOBILE HOME PARK,LLC RECITALS: 1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Lakes Mobile Home Park,LLC has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
