A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM REC SOLAR
GRADE SILICON,LLC
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,
shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.REC SOLAR GRADE SILICON,LLC have presented easements to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.An easement for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property is hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
Municipal easements in Farm Unit 63 and 78,Second Revision of Irrigation Block 41,Columbia Basin
Project,in the Northeast 1/4,and Southeast 1/4,Section 17,Township 19 North,Range 29 East W.M.,
City of Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
EASEMENT 1
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 17,Township 19 North,Range 29 East W.M.,thence South 00°53'30"
West,966.96 feet along the east line of Section 17 (centerline of Rd.N NE);thence North 89°06'30" West, 30.00
feet to the west right-of-way line of Rd.N NE and the point of beginning;thence South O0°53'3O" West,20.00 feet
along said west right-of-way line;thence North 89°06'30"West,10.00 feel;thence North O0°53'3O"East,20.00 feet;
thence South 89°06'30"East,10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
