A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM BILL SCHLAGEL
RECITALS:
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,
shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Bill Schlagel has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
RESOLVED:
1.The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A portion of Lot 1,Block 1,Pioneer Commercial Park 3rd Addition Short Plat,per the plat
thereof filed in Book 22 of Short Plats,Pages 40 and 41,Records of Grant County,
Washington,more particularly described as follows:
The East 13.00 feet of the North 22.00 feet of said Lot1.
Adopted by the City Council on July 13,2010.
