A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE FORMATION OFA LEOFF IDISABILITY
BOARD UNDER RCW 41.26.110 FOR THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
RECITALS:
1. With publication of the 2010 United States Federal Census Data, the City of Moses Lake's
population is officially 20,366.
2. Under RCW 41.26.110,a citymust establish itsown LEOFF IDisability Board to administer the
obligations under RCW 41.26.
RESOLVED:
1.The City ofMoses Lakehereby establishes a City ofMoses Lake LEOFF IDisability Board with
a composition, duties, and responsibilities as established by law.
2. As ofJune 1,2011 all requests fordisabilityleave, disabilityretirement,medical claims, and the
likeas covered and referenced by RCW 41.26,for employees and retirees ofthe Cityof Moses
Lake, shall be considered and processed by the Moses Lake LEOFF I Disability Board.
