SGL AUTOMOTIVE CARBON FIBERS LLC
Recitals:
1.ResolutionNo. 238providesallgrantsofrealestate,or anyinteresttherein,to the Cityof
Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed bythe City
Council.
2. SGL Automotive Carbor Fibers LLChave presentedtwo easements to the City ofMoses
Lake.

1.Easements for municipal purposesforthe following describedpropertyisherebyaccepted
by the City of Moses Lake:
SGL Automotive Carbon Fiber Short Plat recorded in Book 24,Pages 78 through 80,
under the Grant County Auditors file number 1281772,and located in a portion of
Section 22,Township 20 North, Range 28 East,W»M.,County ofGrant, State of
Washington.
