RESOLUTION NO.3264 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL USE Recitals: 1.Sanitarysewer improvements,lyingin dedicated right-of-way or easements,are in place and connected to the City of Moses Lake's street and utility systems. 2.Said sanitary sewerimprovements have been installed in accordance withtheCityof MosesLake's Community Streetand Utility Standards,such installation beingcompleted in December.2011. 3. RCW 35.91.030 indicates that publicstreetand utility facilities,whicharedeveloper installed,shouldbeacceptedbythe Cityof Moses Lakeuponcompletion ifthe facilities are built to city standards. Resolved: 1.The City Council ofthe City of Moses Lake accepts the sanitary sewer improvements as facilities of the Cityof MosesLakeand as such willchargeforuseof such facilities as ^^authorized by ordinance. 2. After December 13,2012all further maintenance and operationcost of saidstreetand utility improvements, shall be borne by the City ofMoses Lake,as provided bycity ordinance ADOPTED by the City Council on December 13,2011.
