3272^ W RESOLUTION NO.3272 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM MAIERS INDUSTRIAL PARK INC Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides all grants ofreal estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Maiers Industrial Park Inc has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
