Recitals: 1.Resolution No.238 providesallgrantsofrealestate,or anytherein,to the Cityof Moses Lake,shallnotbe accepteduntila resolution hasbeendulypassedbythe City Council. 2.Aero-Space Port International Group,Inc.havepresented an easement totheCityof Moses Lake. The Grantors grant,assign,and set over to the Cityof Moses Lake to construct, repair and maintain public right-of-way for streets and to construct,maintain and operate public utilities on a 20 foot wide municipal easement within Section 27,Township 20 North,Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County,Washington,being 10 feet each side of the following described line: Commencing at the centerline monument at the intersection of Road 7 NE and Randolph Road NE, marked bya 3 J4"brass cap monument, PLS 21651,from which the south V*corner of said section 27, marked bya USBR brass cap,bears N85°06'54"E,1578.46 feet;Thence N13°25'47"w,374.00 feet to the Westerly right-of-way ofsaid Randolph Road NE,being the TRUE POINTOF BEGINNING; Thence S81 °07'59"W,457.45 feet to the POINT OF TERMINUS. The easement side lines shall lengthen or shorten to form a continuous easement. The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the real property described above except as to the easement granted. There shall be no buildings,trees or other structures placed within the easement.Any plantings,structures or things placed withinthe easement may be damaged or destroyed bythe Cityof Moses Lake inthe use of this easement.This easement is non-exclusive.The Grantor may grant easements to others in the area of the easement so long as such easements are not in conflict with this easement granted the City of Moses Lake. Any additional easements granted shall reference this easement and the Grantor shall be responsible to the City of Moses Lake for any damage to its property or interference with the easement granted herein.
