A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FROM BODIE PROPERTIES,LLC AND ERIC D PETERSON,LLC
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed bythe
City Council.
2. Bodie Properties, LLCand Eric D Peterson, LLC have presented a quitclaim deed to the
City of Moses Lake
Resolved:
1.A deedfor municipal purposesfor the following described property is herebyacceptedby
the City ofMoses Lake:
The Grantors,Bodie Properties,LLCand EricD Peterson,LLC,for mutual benefits,conveys andquit
claimstotheCityof Moses Lake,thefollowing described realestate,situatedinGrantCounty,Washington
State, including any after acquired title:

East, W.M.,City of Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Commencing atthe intersection of Road 7NEandRandolph Road NE;thence along the
centerline of Randolph Road South 08°50'58"East,284.52 feet toa found brass capaccepted as
the intersection of Randolph Road right-of-way centerline and the extended northerly
property lineof the SewerTreatment Plantas shown on theJohn D.Swiftsurvey forthe
General Services Administration preformed in 1971;thence alongsaid extended northerly lot
line 30.00feet totheeasterly right-of-way of Randolph Road,andthenorthwesterly corner of
