3483u u u RESOLUTION NO.3483 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY AND PROPERTY OWNED BY WILLIAM DRESS Recitals: 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants ofreal estate, or any interest therein, to the City ofMoses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2. The City agreed to deed 0.37 acres ofits property located at the intersection ofWest Third Avenueand West BroadwayAvenueto William Dress in exchange for William Dress granting a 10-foot wide by 360-foot long municipal easement to the City to facilitate the Clover Lift Station Project. 3. The 0.37 acres ofpropertyand the 10-footwide by 360-foot long easement have similar values. 4.
