RECITALS:
1.The WashingtonTraffie Safety Commission has awarded the Moses Lake PoliceDepartmentagranttoparticipatein"Drive Hammered,Get Nailed"DUI/seat beltenforcement.
2.The grant is in the amount of $3,000.00to be used to pay overtime during thetraffic toofficersworkingduringthe"Drive Hammered,Get Nailed'DUI/seat beltemphases,
RESOLVED:
1.The Cityof Moses Lake accepts the grant forthe Moses Lake Police Traffic SafetyProgram.
2.The City of Moses Lake expresses appreciation to the Washington Traflic SafetyCommission.
