A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKEFROMBIGBENDCOMMUNITYCOLLEGE
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,totheOCityofMosesLake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by theCityCouncil.
2.Big Bend Community College has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is herebyacceptedbytheCityofMosesLake:
A 10.00 foot wide Waterline Easement over,under and across a portion of Big BendCommunityCollegelyingwithinSection32,Township 20 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Grant County,Washington,and 5.00 feet on each side of the following described
centerline:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section32,the West Quartercorner bearsS.00°31'41"W.;thenceS.81°10'08"E.,2323.54 feet to an angle point over an existing 8"waterline;thenceN.03°51'45"E.,over said existing waterline 42.69 feet tothe Point ofBeginningofthiseasementdescriptionbeingoveranexisting8"waterline;thenceN.45°00'00"W.,29.86 feet to a 45°bend in a new waterline;thence N.00°00'00"E.,
70.05 feet to a 45°bend in a new waterline;thenceN.45°00'00"E.,41.36 feet to a point
over an existing 8"waterline and the Tenninus of this Easement description.O Waterline Easement shall follow5 feet on each side of the pipe as installed in the ground.
