A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANTAN EASE
MENT TO PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO.2 OF GRANT COUNTY
RECITALS:
1. Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County has requested an easement.
2.The easement is to construct,reconstruct,operate,patrol,maintain and remove overhead and/or
underground electrical distribution lines.
RESOLVED:
\~J 1.The City Manager and Finance Director be authorized to execute an easement for the following
described property:
Those portions of Tracts 15, 16,17,18, 19, and 28 of the Plat of Park Orchard Tracts, recorded
inAcreage Plat Book 1, Page 36, Auditor's File Number 22267 and that portion of Tract 13 of the
Replat of Tracts 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, 12,13,14,21, and 22 Park OrchardTracts, recorded in Acreage
Plat Book 1,Page 39,records of Grant County, Washington,all lying in the north half of Section
15,Township 19 North,Range 28 E.W.M., Grant County,Washington,more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the monument atthe intersectionofGrape Drive and Murphy Drive said pointbeing
the northeast corner of the NW%,of the NWVi,Section 15,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,
W.M.;thence along the north line of said NW%,North 89o46'01"East, a distance of 30.00 feet to
the point of beginning;thence continuing North 89°46'01"East,278.04 feet;thence on a curve
concave to the south,with a chord bearing of South 69°45'47"East, a distance of 489.57 feet, a
