Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2. Grant County Port District #10, The Port of Moses Lake has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake for a water main constructed to serve the Moses Lake Airport Traffic Control Tower.
