A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM GRANT COUNTY PORT DISTRICT #10,THE PORT OF MOSES LAKE
Recitals:
1. Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2. Grant County Port District #10, The Port of Moses Lake has presented an easement to
the City of Moses Lake for a water main constructed to serve the Moses Lake Airport
Traffic Control Tower.
Resolved:
1. An easement for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property is
hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
