2013RESOLUTION NO.201 3 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM CMC HEARTLAND PARTNERS Recitals; 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the Cityof Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2. CMC Heartland Partners have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake for a sewer main installation to be used as part of the 1997 Sewer &Water Line Project. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A 15.00 foot wide construction easement in the west half of Section 4,Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M;Grant County, Washington described as follows: CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT (Expires June 1, 1998) Commencing at the south quarter corner of Section 4,Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M; thence along the south line of Section 4, South 89031'25"West,559.12 feet to the northeasterly right-of-way line of a county road known as Patton Boulevard;thence northwesterly along said right-of-way line;North-18°56'14"West,1543.10 feet; thence South 66°47'53"East, 26.97 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 18°56'14"West, 1066.65 feet; thence North 20°00'29"West, 1429.56 feet; thence North 19°53'04"West,4216.77 feet to the southeasterly right-of-way line of a county road known as 22nd Avenue (formerly Third Avenue);thence along said right-of-way line North 53°50'54"East, 15.63 feet, thence South 19°53'04"East, 1221.16 feet; thence South 20o00'29H East,1429.66 feet; thence South 18°56*14"East,1080.36 feet;thence North 66°47^3"West.20.23 feet to the point of beginning.;containing 1.28 acres,more or less.
