2016RESOLUTION NO.2016 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM CMC HEARTLAND PARTNERS Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake,shall notbe accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2. CMC Heartland Partners have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake for a sewer main installation to be used as part of the 1997 Sewer & Water Line Project. Resolved: 1. An easement for all municipal purposes and uses for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A20.00 footwide municipal easementin the west halfof Section 4, Township 19North, Range 28 East W.M; Grant County,Washington described as follows: PERPETUAL EASEMENT Commencing at the south quarter corner of Section 4,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M;thence along the south line of Section 4, South 89°3r25"West, 559.12 feet to the northeasterly right-of-way line of a county road known as Patton Boulevard;thence northwesterly along said right-of-way line;North 18°56'14H West,1543.10 feet to the point of beginning;thence continuing along said right-of-way line the following courses and distances North 18°56,14"West,1048.37 feet;thence North 20o00,29,,West,1429.37 feet; thence North 19°53'04"West,1210.98 feet to the southeasterly right-of-way line of a county road known as 22nd Avenue (formerly Third Avenue);thence along said right-of-way line North 53°50'54"East,20.83 feet,thence South 19°53'04"East,1216.77 feet;thence South 20°00'29"East,1429.56 feet;thence South 18°56,14n East,1066.65 feet;thence North 66°47,53"West,26.97 feet to the point ofbeginning;containing 1.70 Acres more or less.
