2019RESOLUTION NO.2019 A RESOLUTION INITIATING THE PROCEDURE FOR VACATING RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CENTRAL DRIVE AND RIGHT-OF- WAY ON LEE STREET RECITALS: 1.There exists right-of-way dedicated for the development of Central Drive which will notbe improved as a city street and right-of-way on Lee Street which is not necessary for the city's right-of-way requirements. k^2.RCW 35.79 provides that a public street may be vacated upon resolution initiated and passed by the legislative authority of the jurisdiction wherethe streetis situated andthatsuch resolution shall fix a time when the petition will be heardand determinedand which shall not be more than sixty days nor less than twenty days after the passage of such resolution. RESOLVED: 1.
