2029^J u RESOLUTION NO.2029 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM DAVID A.GUNDERSON AND CHARLENE D.GUNDERSON (ASHLEY WAY) Recitals: 1. Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moseslake, shall not be accepted untila resolution has been duly passedby the City Council. 2. David A. Gunderson and Charlene D. Gunderson have presented a quit claim deed to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1.A quit claimdeed for the following described propertyis hereby accepted by theCityof Moses Lake.
