RESOLUTION NO.2029
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED
FROM DAVID A.GUNDERSON AND CHARLENE D.GUNDERSON
(ASHLEY WAY)
Recitals:
1. Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moseslake, shall not be accepted untila resolution has been duly passedby the
City Council.
2. David A. Gunderson and Charlene D. Gunderson have presented a quit claim deed to the
City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.A quit claimdeed for the following described propertyis hereby accepted by theCityof
Moses Lake.
A parcelof landin the Southwest 1/4,Section 23,Township 19North,Range 28 EastW.M;
Grant County, Washington, for municipal purposes described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast cornerof Lot2,RKII Addition perplatrecordsof Grant County,
which pointisonthewestrightof way lineofa citystreetknown as Ashley Way (formerly Ash
Street); thence South 00°14'30"West, 13.45 feet; along said right of way line to the point of
beginning;thence continuing South 00°14*30"West,59.62 feet;thence on a 20.00 foot radius
curve concave to the southwest, an arc of 11.71 feet, the chord being North 16°32*13" West,
11.55 feet; thence on a 40.00 foot curve concave to the east, arc of 52.34 feet, the chord being
North 04°10*04"East, 48.68 feet to the point ofbeginning; containing 367 square feet more or
less.

Grant County, Washington, for municipal purposes described as follows:
Parcel 1: Commencing at the northwest corner of Maver Addition #2 per records of Grant
County, which point is on the east right of wayof a city street knownas AshleyWay (formerly
Ash Street); thence along said right of way line South 00°15*35"West, 13.63 feet to the point
of beginning; thence on a 40.00 foot curve concave to the west, an arc of52.34 feet, the chord
being South 03°39*59" East,48.68 feet; thence on a 20.00 foot curve concave to the southeast,
an arc of 11.71 feet, the chord bearing South 17°02*18"West,11.55 feet;thence North
00°15*35"East,59.62 feet to the point of beginning; containing 367 square feet more of less.
Parcel 2: Commencing at the southwest corner of Maver Addition #2 per records of Grant
County, which is the point of beginning; thence North 00°15*35"East, 34.41 feet; thence on
a 170.00 foot radius curve concave to the east, an arc of 34.63 feet, the chord being South
05°34'30"East, 34.58 feet to the south line of Maver Addition #2;thence along said south line
North 89°55*10"West, 3.52 feet to the point of beginning; containing 39 square feet more or
less.
