A RESOLUTION ALLOWING TWILA O'DELL (PETERS)TO BUILD ON UNPLATTED
PROPERTY
RECITALS:
1.Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.12.030 allows for the issuance of a buiiding permit to a proponent
who wishes to build on unplatted property after a resolution from the City Council.
2. Twila O'Dell (Peters)has requested the City Council to allow her to build on unplatted property
described as follows:
Tax #3344 in Battery Orchard Tract 57
RESOLVED:
1.That Twila O'Dell (Peters)be allowed to build on unplatted property in order to construction an
addition to an existing home with the following stipulations:
1 The home shall be connected to city water and sewer.
2. A covenant be required to run with the land requiring the property owner to participate in any
improvements to Wapato Drive and/or for the construction of half the street improvements to
Wapato Drive,the length of the property,when required by the city.
3.The property shall be platted at the time any of the adjacent properties plat.
Adopted by the City Council on November 25, 1997.
