2119RESOLUTION NO.2119 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SIX YEAR STREET CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM FOR 1999-2004 Recitals: kJ 1. Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 37.77.010, laws of the State of Washington, the City of Moses has prepared a revised and extended Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 1999-2004. 2. Pursuant further to said law, the City Council of the City of Moses Lake, being the legislative body of said city, did hold a public hearing on said comprehensive plan at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Police/Court Facility in Moses Lake on July 14, 1998. Resolved: 1. The City Council of the City of Moses Lake adopts the revised and extended Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 1999-2004. 2. A copy of said revised and extended Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuring six calendar years, 1999-2004, together with a copy of this resolution shall be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington. ACCEPTED by the City Council on July 14, 1998.
