2151<J W Recitals: RESOLUTION NO.2151 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1999-2004 Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 37.77.010, laws of the State of Washington,the City of Moses has prepared a revised and amended Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 1999-2004. A list of streets are proposed to be adopted to amend the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program. Pursuant further to said law, the City Council of the City of Moses Lake, being the legislative body of said city, did hold a public hearing on said comprehensive plan at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Police/Court Facility in Moses Lake on December 8,1998. Resolved: The City Council of the City of Moses Lake adopts the revised and amended Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 1999-2004. A copy of said revised and amended Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuring six calendar years,1999-2004,together with a copy of this resolution shall be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington. ADOPTED by the City Council on December 8, 1998.
