A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERPETUAL MUNICIPAL
EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES
Recitals:
K^J 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants ofreal estate,or any interest therein,to the
City of MosesLake, shall not be accepteduntil a resolutionhas been duly passedby the
City Council.
2. Moses Lake School District #161 has presented a perpetual municipal easement to the
City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1. A perpetualmunicipaleasementfor utilitypurposesfor the followingdescribedproperty
is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
WELL 3 EASEMENT
Easement for municipal purposes in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15,Township 19 North,
Range 28 East W.M.;Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the monument marking the centerline of Knolls Vista Drive, which point
is South 61°04,00"West,420.13 feet from the intersection of Knolls Vista Drive and Ridge
Road as shown on the plat of Knolls Vista #5a,Book 5, Page46, records of Grant County,
Washington;thence north 61°04'00"East, 53.10 feet along the centerline of Knolls Vista
O1 Drive;thence North 28o56'00"West,45.02 feet to the point of beginning;thence North
61o00'00"West,114.40 feet;thence South 29°00,00"West,74.00 feet;thence South
54°46,39M East 19.53 feet;thence South 44°12'20M East,20.89 feet;thence North 29°00'00"
East, 32.04 feet;thence South 61°00'00n East; 45.58 feet;thence along a 220.38 foot radius
curve concave to the South,an arc of 27.14 feet,the chord being North 57°32'21n East,
27.12 feet;thence North 61°02'29"East, 31.01 feet to the point of beginning,containing
6,043 square feet more or less.
