2169Recitals: RESOLUTION NO.2169 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES AND USES FROM TOM AND LARRY ELLESTAD i^1.Resolution No.238 provides thatall grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of MosesLake, shall not be accepteduntil a resolutionhas been duly passedby the City Council. 2.
