2182RESOLUTION NO. 2182 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENTS Recitals: 1.The City of Moses Lake no longer requires the following described easements,located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 22,Township 19 {^J North.Range 28 East W.M..Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,as disclosed by an instrument recorded under Auditor's File No.157438 is abandoned by the City of Moses Lake: Tract 7 A strip of land 10 feet in width,being 5 feet on each side of a center line described as follows:Beginning at a point on the north line of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22-19-28 and 1955.77 feet east of the center of said Section 22,thence south 32°13'west a distance of 250.4 feet, thence south 28°0'west a distance of 400 feet,thence south 26°7'west a distance of 734.1 feet more or less to the westerly line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 22. Tract 8 A strip of land 10 feet in width,being 5 feet on each side of a center line described as follows:Beginning at a point on the east line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22-19-28 103.6 feet north of the Southeast Corner thereof,thence south 26°7'west a distance of 105.9 feet, thence south 44°47'west a distance of 11.8 feet more or less to the south line of the said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22. 2.The two easements were originally needed for the sewer force main (,running from Main L.S.to the C.O.F.The line was moved into the street U in 1988 and the easements are no longer needed. Resolved: 1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the above described easements under Auditor's File No.157438 is hereby abandoned.
