2192RESOLUTION NO.2192 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THREE EASEMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES AND USES FOR THE CURB AND RAMP PROJECT -1999 FROM HAUMSCHILD,ZASER &LONGSTON,INC,AND BOWMAN Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein,to the t)City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Haumschild,Zaser & Longston,Inc.,and Bowman have presented easements to the City of Moses Lake for municipal purposes and uses to assist in the 1999 Curb and Ramp Project.
