A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THREE EASEMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES
AND USES FOR THE CURB AND RAMP PROJECT -1999
FROM HAUMSCHILD,ZASER &LONGSTON,INC,AND BOWMAN
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein,to the
t)City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2.Haumschild,Zaser & Longston,Inc.,and Bowman have presented easements to the City
of Moses Lake for municipal purposes and uses to assist in the 1999 Curb and Ramp
Project.
Resolved:
Three easements for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property is hereby accepted
by the City of Moses Lake:
1.(Bowman)A parcel of land in the Northwest 1/4, Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M.,
City of Moses Lake, Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the South corner of lot 7, Montlake East No. 5, per Grant County Auditor plat records,
Volume 8, Page 6; thence North 49'44'54"West, 8.82 feet; thence North 86*56'36"East, 12.12 feet;
thence South 40'15'06"West, 8.31 feetto the point of beginning. Containing 36.6 square feet more or
