2202RESOLUTION NO.2202 {J A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES AND USES FROM ASPI GROUP Recitals: 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.The ASPI Group has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake for municipal purposes and uses. Resolved: 1.An easement for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: Thatportionof Section4,Township 19North,Range 28East,W.M.,Grant County, Washington, more fully described as follows: u u The Northerly 20.00 feet and the Westerly 20.00 feet ofLot 3 along with the Westerly 20.00 feet ofLot 4,ofASPI Commerce Park Short Plat as recorded under volume 9 of short plats,page 41 and 42,Records ofGrant County, Washington.
