2215RESOLVED: RESOLUTION NO.2215 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT AN EASE MENT TO THE PORT OF MOSES LAKE RECITALS: 1.The Port of Moses Lake has requested an easement. 2.The easement is to install and maintain buried piping on City of Moses Lake property. 1.The City Managerbe authorized to execute an easement for the following described property: The west ten feet (10')of that portion of Larson Air Force Base located in Sections 22 and 27, Township 20 North,Range 28 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning ata point7,972.31 feet north and 1,643.38 feet east ofthe southeast cornerof Section 33 of saidtownship and range (whose Washington State GridSouth Zone coordinates areY=674,047.08, X=2,298,909.20 and are referred to U.S.C. and G.S. Station "SPAD"whose Washington State Grid South Zonecoordinatesare Y=676,911.66,X=2,288,625.74) said pointbeing the intersection ofcounty roads knownas Randolph Drive andTyndallRoad;thence North 17°17'10"East alongthe centerline of said Randolph Drive,1,350.00 feet, to the true pointof beginning;thence North 89°28'11"East, 1,630.00 feet;thence North 00°31'49"West,approximately 1,360.00 feet more or less to the section lineof said Section 27;thence continuing North00°31'49"West,100 feet intosaid Section 22;thence South 89°28'11"West 1,210 feet more or less to the centerline of Randolph Drive;thence South 17°17'10"West 1,500 feet more or less to the True Point of Beginning.
