A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A GOVERNOR'S
DEED FROM WASHINGTON STATE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION
RECITALS:

Resolution No. 238 providesthat allgrants of real estate,orany interest therein, to the Cityof
Moses Lake, shall not be accepted untila resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
The Washington State Parksand RecreationCommission has presented a Governor's Deed to
the City of Moses Lake.
RESOLVED:
1.A Governor's Deed forthe following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses
Lake:
That portion of Section 29,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant
County,Washington,described as follows:
That portion of the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 lying easterly ofWestshore Drive;and Government Lot4;
and Government Lot 5 lying northerly of Interstate 90; and that portion ofthe SE1/4 of the SW1/4
lying easterly of Westshore Drive,containing 78 acres more or less.
Adopted by the City Council on December 14,1999.
