A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM MICHEL LAND,LLC AND LORENE
CAMPBELL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF YONEZAWA BOULEVARD
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all giants ofreal estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,
shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Michel Land, LLC and Lorene Campbell have presented a quitclaim deed to the City ofMoses Lake.
