A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM MAIERS
ENTERPRISES,LLC FOR CONSTRUCTION OF YONEZAWA BOULEVARD
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants ofreal estate,or any interest therein,to the
City ofMoses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2.Maiers Enterprises,LLC have presented a quitclaim deed to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
A quitclaim deed for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of
Moses Lake:
