A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM MOSES LAKE
SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF YONEZAWA BOULEVARD
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238providesthatall grantsof realestate,or any interesttherein,to the
Cityof Moses Lake,shall notbe accepted untila resolutionhas beenduly passedbythe
City Council.
2. Moses LakeSchool Districthaspresenteda quitclaimdeed to the City of Moses Lake.
