A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FROM MAIERS ENTERPRISES,LLC
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF YONEZAWA BOULEVARD
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants ofreal estate, or any interest therein, to the
City ofMosesLake,shallnot be accepteduntil a resolutionhasbeen duly passedby the
City ofMoses Lake.
2. MaiersEnterprises,LLC havepresentedeasementsto the City ofMoses Lakefor
construction ofYonezawa Boulevard.
Resolved:
1.Easements for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property are
