2260RESOLUTION NO.2260 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM PIONEER WAY ASSOCIATES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLOVER DRIVE Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants ofreal estate,or any interest therein,to the City ofMoses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Pioneer Way Associates have presented a quitclaim deed to the City of Moses Lake for construction of Clover Drive. Resolved: A quitclaim deed for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A parcel ofland in the Northeast 1/4,of Section 26,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 26,Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., thence North 89°32'00"West,148.72 feet along the south line of the northeast 1/4,of Section 26, to the point ofbeginning;thence continuing along said south line North 89°32'00" West, 77.92 feet;thence along a 532.00 foot radius non-tangent curve,concave to the east, an arc of563.69 feet, the chord being North 06°04'04"West,537.69 feet, to the southwesterly right-of-way line of State Route 17;thence South 38°53'34"East, 68.36 feet along said southwesterly line;thence along a 472.00 foot radius non-tangent curve,concave to the east, an arc of 516.10 feet, the chord being South 10°47"05"East, 490.77 feet to the south line ofthe Northeast 1/4 ofSection 26; and the point ofbeginning containing 0.74 acres more or less.
