A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FROM PIONEER WAY ASSOCIATES
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLOVER DRIVE
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants ofreal estate, or any interest therein, to the
City ofMoses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City ofMoses Lake.
2.Pioneer Way Associates have presented an easement to the City ofMoses Lake for
construction of Clover Drive.
Resolved:
1.Easements for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property are
hereby accepted by the City ofMoses Lake.

A parcel ofland in the Northeast 1/4,of Section 26, Township 19North, Range 28 East W.M.,
City ofMoses Lake, Grant County, Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the East 1/4 comer of Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M.,
thence North 89o32,00,,West, 128.06 feet along the south line of the northeast 1/4,ofSection 26,
to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said south line North 89°32'00" West, 20.66
feet; thence along a 472.00 foot radius non-tangent curve,concave to the east, an arc of516.10
feet,the chord being North 10°47'05"West, 490.77 feet, to the southwesterly right-of-way line of
State Route 17;thence South 38°53'34"East,17.52 feet along said southwesterly line;thence
along a 457.00 foot radius non-tangent curve,concave to the east,an arc of 504.77 feet, the
chord being South 12°13"12" East,479.50 feet to the south line ofthe Northeast 1/4 ofSection
26, and the point ofbeginning;containing 0.18 acres more or less.
