2261~ RESOLUTION NO.2261 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FROM PIONEER WAY ASSOCIATES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLOVER DRIVE Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants ofreal estate, or any interest therein, to the City ofMoses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City ofMoses Lake. 2.Pioneer Way Associates have presented an easement to the City ofMoses Lake for construction of Clover Drive.
