A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM MAIERS
ENTERPRISES,LLC FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLOVER DRIVE
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the
City ofMoses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2. Maiers Enterprises,LLC have presented a quitclaim deed to the City of Moses Lake for
construction ofClover Drive.

A quitclaim deed for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of
Moses Lake:
A portion ofFarm Unit 121,Block 41,Columbia Basin Project,in the Southeast 1/4,Southeast
1/4,Section 26,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,City ofMoses Lake,Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast comer of Section 26,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,
thence North 00°32'30"East, 930.65 feet along the east line ofsection 26, which line is also the
center line ofClover Drive;thence North 89°27*30M West,30.00 feet to the west line ofClover
Drive and the point ofbeginning;thence North 89°27*55"West, 2.00 feet;thence North
00°32'30"East, 407.59 feet parallel with the centerline ofClover Drive to the north line of the
Northeast l/4,Southeast l/4,Southeast 1/4,Section 26;thence South 89°24,23"East, 2.00 feet
along said north line, to the west line ofClover Drive; thence South 00°32,30"West, 407.59 feet
along the west line ofClover Drive to the point of beginning containing 815 square feet more or
