A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM MAIERS ENTERPRISES,LLC
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLOVER DRIVE
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City of Moses Lake.
2. Maiers Enterprises, LLC have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake for
construction of Clover Drive.
Resolved:
1.Easement for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
Aportionof FarmUnit 121,Block41, ColumbiaBasinProject, in the Southeast 1/4,Southeast
1/4, Section 26, Township 19North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County,
Washington,described as Follows:
Commencing atthe Southeastcornerof Section26,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,
thence North 00°32'30"East, 930.65 feet along the East line ofSection 26, which is also the
center line ofClover Drive; thence North 89°27'32 West, 32.00 feet to the point ofbeginning;
thence North 89°27'55"West, 15.00feet thence North 00°32'30"East, 407.61 feet parallel with
the center line of clover Drive to the North line ofthe Northeast 1/4,Southeast 1/4,Southeast
1/4, Section 26; thence South 89°24'23" East, 15.00 feet along said North line, thence South
00°32,30"West, 407.59 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.14 acres more or less.
