A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM MICHEL LAND,LLC
AND LORENE CAMPBELL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLOVER DRIVE
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants ofreal estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2. Michel Land, LLCand Lorene Campbell have presented a quitclaim deed to the City of
Moses Lake for construction ofClover Drive.
Resolved:
A quitclaim deed for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of
Moses Lake:
A portion of Farm Unit 121,Block 41, Columbia Basin Project, in the Southeast 1/4, Southeast
1/4, Section 26,Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City ofMoses Lake, Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner ofSection 26, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., thence North
00°32'30"East, 1338.22 feet along the east line of section 26, which line is also the center line ofClover Drive, to
the North line ofthe Northeast 1/4,Southeast 1/4,Southeast 1/4,Section 26;thence North 89°24'23"West, 30.00
feetto the west line of Clover Driveand the point of beginning; thence continuing along said north lineNorth
89°24'23"West, 2.00 feet; thence North 00°32'30"East, 669.07 feet parallel with the centerline of Clover Drive to
the south line of the Northeast l/4,Northeast l/4,Southeast 1/4,Section 26;thence South 89°28'17"East,2.00 feet
along said south line, to the west line ofClover Drive; thence South 00°32'30" West, 669.07 feet along the west line
of Clover Drive to the point ofbeginning containing 1338 square feet more or less.
