A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM MICHEL LAND,LLC AND
LORENE CAMPBELL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLOVER DRIVE
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City of Moses Lake.
2. Michel Land, LLC and Lorene Campbell have presented an easement to the City of
Moses Lake for construction of Clover Drive.
Resolved:
1.Easement for municipal purposes and uses for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
MUNICIPAL AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
A portion of Farm Unit 121, Block 41,Columbia Basin Project, in the Southeast 1/4,Southeast
1/4,Section 26,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,City of Moses Lake,Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Section 26,Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M.,
thence North 00°32'30"East,1338.22 feet along the east line ofsection 26, which line is also
the center line ofClover Drive,to the North line ofthe Northeast 1/4,Southeast 1/4,Southeast
1/4, Section 26; thence North 89°24'23"West, 32.00 to the point ofbeginning;thence
continuing along said north line North 89°24'23"West,15.00 feet;thence North 00°32*30"East,
669.05 feet parallel with the centerline of Clover Drive to the south line ofthe Northeast
l/4,Northeast l/4,Southeast 1/4,Section 26;thence South 89°28*17"East,15.00 feet along said
