2271RESOLUTION NO.2271 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM THE CORPORATION OF THE CATHOLIC BISHOP OF YAKIMA Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants ofreal estate, or any interest therein, to the City ofMoses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the [^J City Council. 2. The Corporation ofthe Catholic Bishop ofYakima have presented a statutory warranty deed to the City ofMoses Lake on Earl Road.
