A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED TO THE CITY
OF MOSES LAKE FROM THE CORPORATION OF THE CATHOLIC BISHOP OF
YAKIMA
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City ofMoses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2. The Corporation of the Catholic Bishop of Yakima have presented a statutory warranty
deed to the City ofMoses Lake on North Dale Road.
Resolved:
1.A statutory warranty deed for the following described property is hereby accepted by the
City ofMoses Lake:
A rightof wayforpublicroadandutilitypuiposesoverthatportionof theSouthwestquarterof the Southwest
quarterof Section15,Township 19North,Range 28 East,W.M.,GrantCounty,Washington,morefullydescribed
as follows:
Commencingat the most Westerlycorner of Knolls Vista SeventeenthAddition as shown on that plat filed in
Volume 6 of Plats,page45,recordsof GrantCounty,Washington;thence S27°45'43"E,124.39 feetalongthe
Southwesterlyboundary of said Addition to an intersectionwith the centerline of Earl Rd.; thence N62°15'15"E,
28.50feetalongsaidcenterlineof EarlRd.andtheboundaryof saidAddition;thenceS27°45'43"E,130.05 feet
along the Westerlyboundary of said Addition;thence N62°16'26"E, 2.89 feet along the boundary of said Addition;
thence S27°45'43"E,100.06 feet to an intersection with the Northwesterly right ofway boundary ofN. Dale Rd.
and THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;thence S62° 17'37"W, 91.36 feet along said Northwesterly right of way
boundaryprojected to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northeast having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence
southwesterly,southeasterly,and northeasterly aroundsaidcurvethrough a centralangleof 228°11'23",159.31 feet
to the beginningof a reverse curve concave to the Southeasthaving a radius of 20.00 feet; thence Easterlyaround
saidcurve through a centralangleof 48°11'23",16.82 feettoan intersection withthe Southeasterly rightof way
boundaryof said N. Dale Rd. projected; thenceN62°17'37"E,46.70 feet along said projected right of wayboundary
to an intersectionwith said Southwesterlyboundary of Knolls Vista Seventeenth Addition; thence N27°45'43W,
60.00 feet along said Southwesterlyboundary to THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
