2287RESOLUTION NO.2287 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO CASCADE VALLEY WATER DISTRICT Recitals: 1.Cascade Valley Water District has requested an easement. 2. The easement requested is to connect to the 12-inchwater main along Valley Road to construct a 150,000 gallon steel waterreservoir in the westparking lot ofthe Grant County Fair grounds. CascadeWaterDistrictrequestcontinuationofthe watermaineasementfromthe ValleyRoad v-y right-of-way,East alongthe North boundary ofthe Cityproperty to the Grant CountyFair parking lot.
