A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FROM PEARL FELDENZER
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interesttherein,to the
O City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council
2.Pearl Feldenzer has presented a quit claim deed to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.A QuitClaimDeed for the following describedproperty is hereby accepted by the Cityof
Moses Lake:
A 30 foot wide strip of land for street right-of-way purposes located in the northwest quarter of
Section 15,Township19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,
described as follows:
Commencing at thenorthwest comer of Tract 40,Park Orchard Tracts recorded at the Grant
County Auditor's office,thenceNorth 89°54'28"East,504.00 feet to the northwest corner of the
parcel of property described in Auditor's File No.170803 filed at the Grant Auditor's office,and
the truepoint of beginning;thenceSouth 00°09'50"West along the west boundary of said parcel,
30.00 feet;thenceNorth 89°54'28"East,124.62 feet to the east boundary of said parcel;thence
North 00°09'50"East along the east boundary of said parcel 30.00 feet;thence South 89°54'28"
West along the north boundary of said parcel,124.62 feet to thetruepoint of beginning.O Containing .09 acres,more or less.
