RECITALS:
1.Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.12.030 allowsfor the issuance of a building permit toa proponent
who wishes to buildon unplatted property after a resolution frorn the City Council.
O 2.The Upper Columbia Corporation ofSeventh Day Adventist has requested theCityCounciltoallow
it to build on unplattedproperty described as follows:
a portionof Government Lot4 inSection 16,Township19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.
RESOLVED:
1.That the Upper ColumbiaCorporation of Seventh Day Adventist be allowedto constructa private
elementary school and day care facility on the unplatted property designated above with the
stipulation thatthe property be platted priorto the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
