A RESOLUTION INITIATINGTHEPROCEDUREFOR VACATINGRIGHT-OF-WAYDEDICATEDFORTHEDEVELOPMENTOFAPORTIONOFJUNIPERDRIVE
RECITALS:
1.There exists right-of-way dedicated forthe development ofJuniper Drivewhich is not needed bythe CityofMosesLake.
2.RCW 35.79 provides that a public street may be vacated upon resolution initiated and passed by the
O legislative authority of thejurisdictionwhere thestreet is situated and thatsuch resolution shall fixa timewhenthepetitionwillbeheardanddeterminedandwhichshallnotbemorethansixtydaysnorlessthantwentydaysafterthepassageofsuchresolution.
RESOLVED:
1.The vacation of thefollowing described public right-of-way shall be initiated:
That portion ofJuniper Driveas shownontheGrant County Homes Plat,intheNortheast 1/4,ofSection23,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,Cityof Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington described
as follows:
That portion of Juniper Drive located between the northeasterly right-of-way of Plum Street and thenortheasterlyboundaryoftheGrantCountyHomesPlat,per Grant County Auditor plat records book 10,
page 1,containing 9000 square feet more or less..
SUBJECT TO:the reservation of a perpetual municipaleasement,to maintain the city water line,described as follows:
