A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SIX YEAR
STREET CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM FOR 2002 -2007
Recitals:
1.Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 37.77.010,laws of the State of Washington,the
O City of Moses Lake has prepared a revised and extended Six Year Comprehensive Street
Program for the ensuing six calendar years,2002 -2007.
2.Pursuant further to said law,the CityCouncil of the City of Moses Lake,being the
legislative body of said city,did hold a public hearingon said comprehensive plan at
7:00 p.m.in the CouncilChambersat the Police/Court Facility in Moses Lake onSeptember25,2001.
Resolved:
1.The City Council of the City Moses Lake adopts the revised and extended Six Year
Comprehensive Street Program for theensuing six calendar years,2002 -2007,
2.A copy of said revised and extended Six Year ComprehensiveStreet Program for the
ensuing six calendar years,2002 -2007,togetherwith a copy of this resolution shall be
filed with the Director of Highways of the Stateof Washington.
