A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL USE
FROM ALLIE ABBS SHORT PLAT
Recitals:
1.Street improvements,lying in dedicated right-of-way or easements,are in place and
connected to the City of Moses Lake's street system to serve Allie Abbs Short Plat.
2.Saidstreet improvements have been installedin accordance with the City of MosesLake's Community Standards,such installation being completed in November,2001.
3.RCW 35.91.030 indicates thatpublic street and utility facilities,which are developer
installed,should be accepted by theCity of Moses Lake upon completion if the facilities
are built to city standards.
Resolved:
1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts the street improvementsas facilitiesoftheCityofMosesLakeassuchwillchargeforuseofsuchfacilitiesasauthorizedbyordinance.
2.After December11,2002,all further maintenance and operation cost of said street andutilityimprovements,shall be borne by the Cityof Moses Lake,as provided by city
ordinance.
