A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FORMUNICIPALUSEFROMCRESTVIEWCHRISTIANSCHOOLMAJORPLAT
Recitals:
0 1.Street andUtility improvements,lying in dedicated right-of-way or easements,are inplaceandconnectedtotheCityofMosesLake's street and utility systems to serveCrestviewChristianSchoolMajorPlat.
2.Saidstreet and utility improvementshave beeninstalled in accordance with the City ofMosesLake's CommunityStandards,such installationbeing completed in December,2001.
3.RCW 35.91.030 indicates thatpublic street and utility facilities,which are developerinstalled,should be accepted by theCity of Moses Lake upon completion if the facilities
are built to city standards.
Resolved:
1.The CityCouncil of the City of Moses Lake accepts the street and utilityimprovements asfacilitiesoftheCityofMosesLakeandassuchwillchargeforuseofsuchfacilitiesasauthorizedbyordinance.
2.After December 27,2002,all furthermaintenance and operation cost of said street and
utility improvements,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake,as provided by city
ordinance.
