A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM FLUKE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT,L.P.
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,totheCityofMosesLake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2.Fluke Capital Management,L.P.has presented an easement to the Cityof Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.An easement for municipal purposes forthefollowing describedproperty is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
a tract of land located in theNorthwest quarter of Section36,Township 19North,Range
28 East,W.M.,Grant County,WA,more fully described as follows:
Commencingat the northwest corner of Lot 1 of the Moses Lake Travel Plaza 2ndShort
Plat as filed underAFN 940613046,Book 5 of Short Plats,page 59,Records of GrantCounty,the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;Thence N00°20'12"E along the west
boundary of saidplat,30.00 feet to a point on thecenter line of Kittleson Road as shown
on said plat and the north line of said Section 36;Thence N89°18'09"Walong thenorthlineofsaidSection36,a distance of 233.07 feet to a nontangent intersection with a 40,00footcurveconcavetothenortheast,a radial line to said curve bears S74°49'30"E;Thence
